Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, peak periods, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control (such as courier delays or severe weather conditions).

Customs & Import Duties

All prices shown on our website include the product price and free shipping. For orders within the United Kingdom, all applicable customs duties and import charges are included. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For international orders outside the UK, any applicable import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may be the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices and are outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, all orders include tracking. Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
